The lessons take place during the day, depending on the demand and availability of students, and the agreement between the student and the instructor. The boards and sails used are all-round models. The course is articled in six lessons, single or to the maximum of three students. The course provides two levels: Principally for those students who aim to be taught the terminology, the basic beginning, the various paces, the tack and the gybe, in conditon that the wind is not superior than 4m/s. Conceptions of the weather are also included. For those people who aim to improve or perfect the execution of the following movements from the first course: Perfection of the close haul, reach and run, tacking quickly, gybing with increasing wind strengths and the conceptions of racing.
